Ava DuVernay and Autumn Riley

Ava DuVernay is a Californian born in Long beach on 24 August 1972. Her aunt Denise was a great influence on her enthusiasm for the arts and her creative side. Her aunt, a night-shift nurse, let her study literature for art as well as theatre in daylight. DuVernay became enamored with the 1961 film West Side Story after her aunt introduced the film to DuVernay. DuVernay was instructed by her mom that the arts can serve to engage people. DuVernay's mother also had social consciousness and taught DuVernay how to convey messages via artwork. Although DuVernay was raised living in Compton with her family she lived living in Lowndes County Alabama where her parents lived for many generations. Her father was a witness to the historical march of the Civil Rights Movement on the Edmund Pettus Bridge. It was held in Selma Alabama, a neighboring city. DuVernay's summers spent in Alabama's Selma influence her later on to create an animated film on the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. In the year 1990, DuVernay graduated from Saint Joseph High School in Lakewood California. She went to the University of California Los Angeles to earn degrees in English in addition to African American Studies. DuVernay began producing television news when she was just a student. DuVernay began her career working as an intern at CBS News during the O.J. Simpson trial. DuVernay recalls being asked to check the trash at the home that belonged to a member of the jury. When she was dissatisfied with journalism due to the work she was handed, DuVernay decided to pursue an interest in public relations. DuVernay joined a small studio as a Junior Publicist shortly after graduating from college. In this role, she launched her own company for public relations known as The DuVernay Agency in 1999. Apart from PR, the agency also created a variety of social media and lifestyle networks, including the Urban Beauty Collective, Urban Thought Collective, Urban Eye and HelloBeautiful. Autumn Riley.............................Autumn Riley was born in Los Angeles United States. Autumn Riley is born with the birth astrological sign. The actress is well-known for her performances as Anna Payne in American Experience, (1987) A More Perfect Union and A More Perfect Union (2009). Autumn appeared as Rose in A More Perfect Union, and Anna Payne in American Experience.

Tauheed Epps, better known by his professional name 2 Chainz, is a popular American hip hop and rapper artist. Georgia native, Epps started his career in music when he and a high school buddy created the hip-hop group Playaz Circle. Their debut album, entitled Supply and Demand" was a flop.
