Annie Wersching
Annie Wersching (born March 28 1977) is an American actor who is known for her performance as Renee Walker in the American television series 24 and also for her motion capture and voice work for the character Tess in Naughty Dog's video game The Last of Us. Wersching was born and was raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated from Crossroads College Preparatory School, St. Louis' Central West End in 1995. Star Trek: Enterprise was her first acting gig. She went on to star in guest roles in shows like Charmed and Killer Instinct. She also appeared on Supernatural. She played the role of Amelia Joffe, a recurring character on ABC's Daytime's soap series General Hospital from March 2007 until November 2007. She has also worked in theaters such as Victory Gardens and Marriott Lincolnshire. When she was a teenager, she was a competitor in Irish dance as well as a member of the St. Louis Celtic Stepdancers. She graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Millikin University. Following her two-season time on 24, Wersching guest starred as a character on several shows that she was a part of, including CSI and NCIS, Rizzoli & Iles, Hawaii Five-0. In 2014, she appeared as a regular series regular for the Amazon Prime crime program Bosch. Wersching played the role of catcher for the National League during the 2009 Taco Bell All-Star Legends, Celebrity Softball Game. Wersching also played the role of Tess in The Last of Us on PlayStation 3. Geoff Keighley teased Wersching's character on Twitter before her identity was revealed by the Spike Video Game Awards story trailer on December 7 2012. Wersching was to play the part of the Borg Queen in Star Trek: Picard in season 2.
